特徵描述

生活型

shrub-liana

形態特徵

Climbing shrubs or lianas, branches brownish strigose.
Leaves oblong-lanceolate to ovate, 6–12 cm long, 2–7 cm wide, apex acuminate, base obtuse to rounded, margin entire, strigillose on both surfaces; petioles 7–20 mm long.
Inflorescences terminal, scorpoid, mostly several times dichotomously branched. Flowers white, hermaphroditic, subsessile. Calyx cup-shaped, 1–2 mm long, strigose, lobes 5, ovate. Corolla salverform, 6–10 mm long, strigose; lobes 5, ovate. Stamens subsessile, anthers ca. 1 mm long. Styles 0.5 mm long, stigma 2-lobed.
Fruit pale yellow, subglobose, glabrous, 2.5–3 mm in diam., pyrenes 4, 1-seeded.

分布

台灣 : in dry thickets along seashores in the southern part of the island.
世界 : Malesia and Australia.
